Here is a list of resources that can help you find more information about clinical trials, how to find them, where to find support, and more. Once you’ve looked through anything you found interesting, click the “finish” button at the bottom of the page to give us your feedback so we can improve this tool for other patients.

The Office of Clinical Research at Fox Chase Cancer Center is a centralized department that oversees and manages all clinical research studies at Fox Chase. The office also provides support for cancer prevention and control research. Here, you can search open clinical trials within Fox Chase to see if there is anything available to you.

The staff at the REC is here to help you learn more about cancer risk, prevention, screening and treatment, like clinical trials. If you need support services, they can also refer you to other Fox Chase departments and programs or to local and national organizations. There are several Social Workers available to Fox Chase Cancer Center patients and their families. Social Workers have an “MSW” (Master of Social Work) degree, which required them to complete two years of a graduate program in Social Work, after completing their college studies. Oncology Social Workers are trained in how to help people deal with the many life changes that can result from having a chronic disease like cancer, such as distress in response to diagnosis and treatment, impact of cancer on work, school, and finances, and navigating the healthcare system, among others.
